Lori is a self taught artist who began her art career in 1990 in a Ventura High School art class.  Students were asked to create a street painting, otherwise known as ‘chalk art’ or ‘pavement art’. She created a rendition of Normal Rockwell’s Sunset (Boy & Girl Gazing at Moon, Puppy Love).  One year later she was painting at Santa Barbara’s I’Madonnari Street Painting Festival, the first ever festival of its kind in the US. From there, she was invited to the 2nd ever festival in San Luis Obispo and then continued painting at the I’Madonnari Street Painting Festival in San Rafael, CA.

Working with fellow street artists, Lori began collaborative projects throughout the country. Her day job sits within the advertising and events industry, thus she figured out how to incorporate the art genre into various corporate media campaigns for organizations such as Jelly Belly, Google, Disney, PG&E and more.

Now, Lori is giving her clients the ability to own a piece of the streets, publishing her street paintings on canvases. From concrete to canvas, you can enjoy the spirit and story of live art within your own home.
